After your order is placed, there is a processing time of 24-48 business hours. Once your order ships, a confirmation email will be sent to you to with detailed tracking information. You can also find your shipping details by logging into your account. Please note that while we don't foresee any delays after the parcel has shipped, these events may occur. Return Policy

Items bought on YAHKARA.COM will gladly be accepted if requested within 30 days of the shipment delivery date. 

Domestic: Return label fees are calculated and deducted from your refund.

We do not offer price adjustments for any previous orders.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, all merchandise must be returned in its original condition. This means that clothing must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and free from any stains, odors, self-tanner, pet hairs, and odors or distinct smells like deodorant and perfume; and must have their original tags attached. 

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, excluding shipping and return fees. Please ensure that all tags are attached when returning the items.

All Clearance items in the Sale Section, Black Friday Deals, Accessories, Personalized Items, Intimates, Shoes, and Swimwear are considered Final Sale. These items cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, items labeled as final sale are not eligible for a return or exchange..

Orders placed during our Pre Black Friday, Black Friday or Cyber Monday sales are eligible for a refund back to the original form of payment or store credit. 

Items sent to us by mistake, with the wrong label, or that do not meet our return criteria will not be returned to you or refunded, they will be discarded.

Upon the delivery of your returned shipment, a refund will be issued back to your original form of payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs. 

We kindly ask customers to return each order separately, so you don’t experience issues receiving your complete and correct refund. If items from separate orders are returned together in one parcel, we’ll only be able to identify one order. 

Exchanges

Our exchange policy allows for exchanges to be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date for Domestic orders. Your exchange order will be processed once your return is scanned by the carrier.

The full amount for the items being returned will be placed on your credit card during this process. If the original items are not received within 10 days, the returned item amount will be charged to your card.

All exchange orders come with standard shipping, and you will be notified via email with your new order number.

Please note that exchange orders cannot be canceled due to our efficient processing times. If the requested exchange items are out of stock, a refund will be issued automatically.

We allow 3 exchanges per original order. Additionally, new discount codes cannot be applied to exchange requests for different items.

Damages

In the event your item is damaged or defected, we're deeply sorry!  Please email our team at support@yahkara.com within 7 days to report the damage.

How to return your items?

Follow the steps below to ensure you have a successful return. 

  1. Ensure your items are refundable. We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date as long as the item is unwashed, unworn and free of any stains or odors. Item must not be a final sale item. Other exclusions may apply. View our Terms & Conditions.
  2. Email support@yahkara.com to confirm your return.
  3. Once we receive your return your parcel will process within 7-10 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm your refund.

Is my item refundable?

Yes, however some exclusions may apply. We gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. Note items must be in brand new condition, free of any stains or odors. Final sale items include swimwear, outlet items, intimates, jewelry and accessories. 

Do I have to pay for return postage? 

Domestic (US): The return label for Domestic orders is factored in with your return, so you will not need to purchase one, as one will be given to you upon completing your return request via email at support@yahkara.com.

International: Unfortunately, we do not offer prepaid return labels for International orders. You may use a carrier of your choice to ship your items to us once you have completed your return through our Portal. We suggest obtaining a tracking number for your shipment as we are not held liable for lost parcels en route back to us.

Can I return separate orders in one parcel?

We kindly ask customers to return each order separately, so you don’t experience issues receiving your complete and correct refund. If items from separate orders are returned together in one parcel, we’ll only be able to identify one order.

How long does it take to process my refund? 

Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of us receiving your parcel. The refund will go back in the original form of payment used to place your order. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the parcel does process. 

When will I see the funds back into my account?

Refunds do require roughly 7-10 business days to process with us however we do suggest contacting your financial institution for more information on when the amount will be posted to your account. Each bank does have varying processing times. 

Gift Card/Store Credit Refund: 

Please know once you select a refund for store credit, we cannot refund back to original forms of payment.

Store credits can only be used to purchase items from our site. 

A response will be made within 24-48 business hours from your most recent inquiry.

What happens if I return a Final Sale Item?

To qualify for a refund, the accurate item(s) must be returned. Items sent to us by mistake, with the wrong label, or that do not meet our return criteria won't be returned to you or refunded. They will be discarded.
